MEET LAUREN HUTTON,
WINEMAKER
One of our youngest winemakers, Lauren grew up among the vines of the Barossa Valley, the heart of Australia’s wine country. Holding a Bachelor in Viticulture and Oenology at Adelaide University, she was a finalist in the 2019 Australian Women in Wine Awards.
The excitement of vintage - the big crush - is Lauren’s favourite part of the winemaking process.
“I love the fast paced and intense nature of this time of the year”, Lauren says.
Bringing her spirited energy to winemaking, Lauren is increasingly known for crafting wines with big, bold, indulgent flavours.
